How is Pilates beneficial?
Movement and control is initiated from your powerhouse — the core section which includes upper and lower abdominal muscles, the lower back and buttocks. Doing Pilates correctly on to three times a week will achieve a stronger more balanced body that moves with grace and efficiency in your everyday life.

What will my Pilates lesson be like?
Your certified instructor will teach you both apparatus and mat exercises, focusing first and foremost on core strength. You will learn to work smarter, not longer! Each lesson is approximately 50 minutes in length, and will work all your muscles with a minimum number or reps — creating long, toned muscles as opposed to short bulky ones.
